COMPUTER SALES ASSOCIATE
DUTIES: Consult with clients to evaluate their technical needs for computer hardware, software, technical service, and training. Prepare detailed sales proposals for clients based on their technical needs and budgets. Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients to promote the company’s products and services. Coordinate post-sales installation and service. Collaborate with the sales teams to understand the clients’ technical requirements and to provide technical sales support. Stay apprised of evolving computer technologies. Forecast sales to plan purchases and coordinate with suppliers. Manage each client account from the CEO to the sales floor. Provide support to the marketing department for the mass retail market. Coordinate computer sales HP PSG, PSG transactional (Compaq, HP Pavilion, and HP Envy), and PPS wholesaler in Latin America and the U.S. Assess corporate client technical requirements. Prepare equipment and software sales packages for clients based on technical requirements and budget. Arrange and deliver technical presentations to clients, sales forecasting.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field and two (2) years’ experience in the wholesale, corporate, and retail sales of HP PSG, PSG transactional (Compaq, HP Pavilion, and HP Envy), and PPS wholesaler in Latin America. 50% Travel required (domestic and international)
